RealityLive® is RealityCheck’s approach to longitudinal qualitative research.

It is designed for studies where time matters: when you need to understand how routines form, how decisions unfold, how experiences evolve, or how people make meaning across days, weeks, months, or major life stages.

Participants complete a series of guided activities, reflections, video responses, mobile uploads, interviews, and follow-up exercises over time.

This is not a traditional online community.

We do not rely on respondent-to-respondent interaction or group discussion. The relationship is primarily one-to-one: between each participant, the research team, and the lived experience we are studying.
